We are looking for an application specialist who is passionate about building and developing products that customers love. Your unique combination of technical skills, problem-solving ability, and passion for creating great products will help our customer organizations thrive.

You would join our product management team as a Product Engineer, operating in between product management, product development, and marketing to prototype, build and validate new value-creating products using our ONEiO Integration Automation Platform. You will be working as a member of the product management team with our Director of Products Petteri Raatikainen.

Your responsibilities include: 

• Develop functional product prototypes based on customer audience interests that solve a customer challenge

• Coordinate with product management to finalize product ideas

• Coordinate with engineers regarding the requirements for features and improvements required for the product to be able to deliver a use case

• Perform market analysis on competing products and their capabilities

• Analyze market and industry trends and conditions

• Support technical training of new team members

• Create and revise standards, policies, and procedures related to product development and engineering

What are we looking for

The must-haves:

• Passion for building legos, solving puzzles and riddles

• Capable of systems thinking

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a distributed matrix organization

• Positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is mandatory)

We would wish you to have:

• Enterprise/IT service management, customer service, systems consulting or similar domain expertise

• Expertise in building integrations with different technologies

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
