As the Sales Manager at ONEiO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by optimizing and executing sales strategies targeted toward our ideal customer profile. In this role, you are responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers, converting leads into customers, and achieving revenue targets. Your work directly impacts and contributes to the organization's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution: Optimize and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on acquiring new customers who fit our ideal customer profile. This includes identifying new target accounts and key stakeholders, understanding their pain points, and tailoring our solutions to meet their needs.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking. Use creative approaches to generate leads and opportunities.
Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions to potential customers. Customize presentations and product demonstrations to address specific customer needs and pain points.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by consistently identifying and qualifying new opportunities. Manage leads and opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting according to our Sales Playbook.
Sales Conversion: Work closely with potential customers to understand their requirements and overcome objections. Use consultative and pain-selling techniques to guide prospects through decision-making and close deals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the SaaS industry. Provide insights to inform sales strategy adjustments.
Sales Performance Metrics and Forecasting: Set and meet individual sales targets, KPIs, and prepare accurate forecasts. Regularly report on progress and performance to senior management.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Expert Services, to align sales efforts with broader company goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Experience, hard skills & competencies:
3-5 years commercial experience, within Cloud Services, IT service management, IT services or integration domain.
Experience from B2B cloud solution selling to C-level decision makers.
Good skills of utilizing online technology (able to do demos and explain technology)
Experience managing relationships with partners, clients, or vendors.
Experience working within cross-functional teams
Fluency in German & English languages (native or full professional proficiency)
These are a plus:
Knowledge on ITIL
Knowledge of complex B2B cloud solutions.
